Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, by cold calling and reaching out to prospective customers - and qualifying potential customers

Product Manager - Platform Owner

What's this job about?

As we move towards becoming a Product &  Technology organisation we need to embed a team & culture of Product management into the organisation.  This role will be focused on defining our Platform Vision & Roadmap for each of our advisor driven platforms. 

Your primary responsibility will be:

Your Primary Responsibilities are: 

  • Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritised list of requirements for future product development.
  • Changing the order of items in the product backlog.
  • Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the clients views of how the team is implementing a product feature.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Create data models, data integration design and ETL processes. 
  • Ensure user stories are “ready” for development to start work.
  • Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
  • Gathers, manages, and prioritises the product backlog.

Role Description

The role will sit in the team responsible for onboarding, CRM & wealth planning. It will take responsibility for articulating user-stories helping design processes and products and delivering projects whilst working with technical teams to obtain requirements and write functional specifications. The primary goal in a Product Owner role is to represent the client during the Product development process. The key activities is to manage and make visible the product backlog, or the prioritised list of requirements for product development. 

Requirements

  • Own your product development from requirement definition, to a deployed and sellable product.
  • Continuously interact with product management, UX, developers as well as other
    various stakeholders in order to co-create and then evangelise the product vision.
  • Translate business requirements, uses cases into user stories through JIRA, and
    continuously ensure that all requirements are understood and prepared.
  • Collaborate with sprint team for sprint scoping, planning to maximise customer value
    output.
  • Set and manage expectations of all stakeholders through effective written and oral

Senior Project Manager - Taiwan

Role Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for running the take-on and software development projects implementing the Privé Financial Solutions for clients, and coordinating with the Project Management Office and external teams to deliver multiple projects at a time using a hybrid approach. The projects are small to medium-large sized length from one to six months and could be delivered across the globe disregarding the Senior Project Manager’s home base region. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business and Information Technology are preferred)
  • Post graduate degree or Master’s degree of Business and Administration will be advantageous
  • PMP or Prince 2, or any agile certification (Safe, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent) is a must
  • More than 3 years of experience delivering projects in a software environment with specific experience managing projects using a formal SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a technical environment (preferably software development)
  • Some experience in financial services industry

Quantitative Product Owner - Hong Kong

Role Description

The role will sit in the team of Business services, responsible for Quantitative products such as Portfolio Risk, Performance Decomposition, Factor Analysis, AI based portfolio construction. Backend Software Engineer - Ordering (Hong Kong/Taiwan/ Singapore)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Backend Software Engineer
  • Solid knowledge with backend programming languages such as Java
  • Knowledge of Ordering, Trading and Cash systems, a working knowledge of the FIX, SWIFT protocol and other proprietary interfaces.
  • Solid exposure to mission-critical systems and messaging services
  • Experience with building highly available, secure, and scalable systems.

    Sales Intern

    In this role you will

    • Undertake supporting tasks in market research, record-keeping, building presentation and proposals.
